All poles longer than 5’ in length incur a “Special Shipping Charge” set by the delivery companies (i.e. $10 for 6', $15 for 8', and $75 for 12'). If you are purchasing more than one pole longer than 5’, please contact us by e-mail at customerservice@cldraperyaccessories.com, or call us at 877-263-0556, so that we can adjust the “Special Shipping Charge” shown on your invoice to ensure you are only charged the fee we are charged for the longest pole on your order. Your order at checkout will include the “Special Shipping Charge” for each extra length pole, so we will adjust the total charge for your order to ensure you incur only one “Special Shipping Charge” per order.
